Store Policies


We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. Orders may be refused if billing and/or shipping information doesn’t match or is incomplete. We do not accept checks or money orders on our online store. 


Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually with in 1 business day. If we don’t have a product in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss order options. Most orders arrive within 1-7 business days of shipment.
We ship using USPS, UPS or SpeeDee Delivery. Most orders qualify for our free or flat rate shipping program.

International Orders

We ship international orders using the US Postal Service. Most items are eligible for standard shipping rates. Please note that tracking numbers will be provided for packages; however, packages cannot be tracked once they leave the US. Shipping may take 7-45 days, depending on the destination. International 

Canada Flat Rate Shipping: 

  • $.01 to $99.99 = $25 shipping
  • $199.99 = $50 shipping
  •  $200.00 and over = $65 shipping

Other International Destination Flat Rate Shipping: 

  • $.01 to $99.99 = $35 shipping
  • $199.99 = $80 shipping
  • $200.00 and over = $100 shipping

Taxes and duties

Customers are responsible for paying any sales taxes, customs, or duties for the location that the merchandise is delivered. 


These products are not yet in stock and will ship to you upon receipt in our shop.  Preorders cannot be cancelled by the customer. In the event your order cannot be completed due to a manufacturer’s issue, we will notify you immediately to discuss an  credit or refund.  To secure your pre-order item, your credit card will be charged immediately. We will hold all orders until all items are in stock. 

*of the Month Programs

When you register for any of our *of the Month programs, it is understood that you are registering for the entire program.  We will abide by this policy and prepare products or kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for the duration.  We understand that things happen.  If  you to need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.  

We require a credit card number on file and we will charge your card each month for the monthly cost of your program plus shipping.  Programs vary, please check the program for the length of the program and shipping costs.  *of the Month registration fees are non-refundable. If, for any, reason we are not able to charge your credit card, you will be contacted and your products or kit will be held until payment arrangements can be made.  We encourage you to let us know if you receive an updated credit card or expiration date.   


Every effort is made to ensure you receive top quality, premium goods. If you should receive a product that is defective, we will exchange the item or refund your money, at our sole discretion.  We no not accept returns on cut yardage and/or non-defective merchandise.  Due to copyright laws, no returns are allowed on patterns, books or magazines. 


We don’t sell or distribute information we collect about you to anyone outside our business, ever, period.
